In this appeal in a criminal matter, the question is whether the Court of Appeals of Virginia erred in affirming a circuit court’s judgment that revoked a suspended sentence when the sentencing order was entered at the revocation hearing nunc pro tunc as of the date of the original sentencing hearing.
