This is an appeal from so much of a decree of the trial court as disallowed a credit for the payment by special commissioners of real estate taxes out of the purchase money received by them for the taxed property, and as denied a recovery of attorneys’ fees provided for in certain notes in the event costs were incurred in their collection.
